How can I help a patient with poor lip seal use the Breather?

Using the smaller adaptor that comes in the Breather packaging as a smaller mouthpiece, which the user was able to better achieve a seal around until these muscles strengthened & they could move up to the standard mouthpiece (or continue with the adaptor if it's a better fit).

Some individuals may need a manual facilitated lip seal, meaning either the clinician or they used their fingers to hold their lips on the mouthpiece. If they are able to progress with lip strength, this need only be a temporary situation in which they can progress from there to the adapter as a mouthpiece, then to the standard mouthpiece. We do recognize there are some medical conditions that will require this support long term.
